Warranty

All our products are manufactured using quality materials, and have been rigorously field tested. Each item is thoroughly inspected before we ship it to the purchaser. Canada Hunt Gear Ltd. will not warranty any damage resulting from abuse or improper use of our products. Due to the nature of the type of products sold on our website, we cannot offer any type of warranty. We will only replace a new item, due to a manufacturing defect.

Refunds & Returns 

There are absolutely no refunds, and we will only accept a return for a replacement due to a manufacturing defect. Before returning any item, contact us by email at sales@canadahuntgear.com . All replacements must first be pre-authorized by Canada Hunt Gear Ltd. If you are approved, an authorization number will be issued. An item must then be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase. All parcels must have the issued authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. 

On receipt of your returned item, Canada Hunt Gear Ltd. will inspect the item. After the inspection, a decision will be determined based on our findings. We will then send you an email to notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange. 

Gift cards are non refundable.

International Orders

Customs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Use of our Products

All products sold by Canada Hunt Gear Ltd. are sold for recreational use only. Any modification or any other use of our products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Buyers and end users of these products hereby expressly assume all risks associated with any such modification or use, and understand that Canada Hunt Gear Ltd. will not be held responsible.

All sales are final! By purchasing products listed on our website, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
